We had an amazing stay at a bed and breakfast located near a stunning beach. The breathtaking view of the river right in front of the house was an added bonus. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had soft towels and all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, with the hosts being warm, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast served between 8.30-9am was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The facilities provided left us wanting for nothing.

The limited car parking space required careful maneuvering for guests with cars.

The location of this hotel is perfect, set just outside of Barmouth but close enough to walk too along the beach or there is a train which is literally 2 minutes round the corner. The hotel is in an idyllic position, with stunning gardens and a river flowing through it. The attention to detail in the rooms is excellent, with all the little extras often forgotten, and the rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and cozy. The breakfast is very good and piping hot, with a fantastic variety of choices that are all beautifully made.

All was perfect, couldn't fault this hotel.
