Located in a vibrant area, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city. You can easily walk to everything, from restaurants to the university. The room was clean and cheerful, with a lovely big bed. The included hot breakfast was great and the service prompt. free parking for our rental car was a huge plus.

The hotel's location was perfect, with a short 15-minute walk to the city center and plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and shops. The hotel was conveniently located in downtown area, within walking distance to Botanic gardens and all the attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

That the duvets were a bit too warm for the room temperature, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We enjoyed the breakfasts served efficiently and at a relaxed pace with a choice of newspapers to read. As business guests, we loved the modern and luxurious lobby, the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, and the helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast menu was extensive and the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup were the best we've ever had.

There wasn't a sitting area in the room which was a bit of a bummer as we would have loved to relax and unwind with a good book or drink. the Wi-Fi kept requiring us to sign in every time we unlocked our phones, which became a bit of a hassle.
