We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, being super close to the beach, restaurants/bars, and the pier. It was also conveniently located near great walking routes. The hotel facilities were excellent, and our room was clean and well-furnished. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing great service and a delicious breakfast.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at this lovely B&B. The owners were friendly and approachable, always with a smile. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and a comfy bed. The breakfast each morning was tasty. Great location near Marine Parade for easy access to piers and arcades. Absolutely loved it and will return next year. 10/10.

The hosts were very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local places to eat and visit. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the location was perfect for us, only a short walk to the beach and other amenities.

Our room was smaller than we expected, and when one of us was using the drink station at the end of the bed, the other couldn't walk past. the bed was quite noisy and the air freshener in the bathroom was a bit too enthusiastic for our liking.

We had a delightful stay at Taunton House. Ray and Mary were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room on the 2nd floor had a beautiful sea view and was well-equipped with all the essentials. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The fresh filter coffee making facilities, fruit teas, and biscuits in the room were a lovely touch. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to town and the pier. The breakfast served in the clean and fresh dining area was delicious, with a choice of a full English or toast and cereal. Great value for money and we will definitely be returning!

Mary and Ray truly made us feel at home and provided a peaceful and quiet environment. I highly recommend this fabulous guest house and would definitely stay here again.

There was a lack of soap in the shower, which was surprising and inconvenient. Additionally, the plumbing in our room was not in good condition, as there was a leak in the toilet pipe that caused a slip hazard.
