During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated just outside the bustling city center, which meant less traffic and noise. Additionally, it was easily accessible to popular attractions like Sea World and Universal Studios, making it a great choice for tourists. Another advantage was the modern lobby area, which had a fresh and updated vibe. It provided a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

There were a couple of aspects that I did not particularly like about my experience. I found the hotel staff to be a bit short-handed, especially during the busy holiday season.

The customer service at the hotel was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable and had a modern design. the hotel is located in a quiet area away from the overwhelming tourist areas, which was a nice change. Additionally, the gym was well-equipped for those who wanted to workout.

One downside was that the pool area could use some umbrellas for shade. It would have been more relaxing to have some shaded areas to sit and enjoy the pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was lovely, from the cleanliness and modern facilities to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for us, as it was in an area with no traffic jams but close to everything we love, such as the convention center and the Disney area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a gym and room service available. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks in the lobby. this hotel provided an exceptional experience.

Brand new hotel that is clean and quiet. Great location, close to Universal Studios. Outdoor pool was small but we had it to ourselves. the room had modern decor and was kept clean and comfortable by the housekeeping staff. Amenities included Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner, mini fridge, iron, hair dryer, and microwave. Friendly and attentive hotel manager greeted us at night. There is a cafe that serves Starbucks coffee. Free parking and wifi was available.

No safety boxes in the room. No complimentary breakfast offered.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard hotel in Orlando for a business trip. The staff was superb and the property was very clean. The housekeeping crew took care of the rooms like it was their home. The front desk, especially Chris and Hannibal, were amazing. I have stayed here multiple times over the past few months and the entire operation consistently exceeds my expectations. Thank you to the crew for making my stays so enjoyable!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Orlando for a few nights, and I had a great experience at Courtyard. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to parks and other attractions. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. One thing that stood out to me was the modern and stylish appearance of the hotel. I especially loved that when I booked a king bed, I actually got a king bed! The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious with a big shower.

Can recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to popular theme parks and other attractions. the room was clean and cozy, and the staff provided great service. the bed was comfortable and felt like sleeping on a cloud. Additionally, there were different restaurants and amenities in the area for evening enjoyment and pampering needs.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better as there were small spots and stains on the bedspread and desk area. It would have been nice if the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast in the morning.
