I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything. It made exploring the town so convenient. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Leah at the reception, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the fact that they offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience, with top-notch service.

Had a lovely Easter stay here with my family. the staff were amazing and even treated us to complimentary Easter eggs in our room! the location was perfect with everything we needed right on our doorstep. We especially enjoyed the nearby park for our morning walks. the breakfast was also great, with a variety of tasty options to choose from.

The room we were allocated was quite small and we had some trouble with the heating not working properly, but the staff were quick to fix it. the shower pressure could have also been better.

I recently stayed at Ten Square for a short city break. The staff, especially Kate at breakfast, made our day. The hotel is modern, clean, and centrally located. The rooms are quiet, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The concierge was professional and kind. Staying here was worth it. The hotel is right in the city centre and in the heart of the city. I loved the service room service provided, as well as the housekeeping and laundry. The staff were always friendly and made me feel welcome, even offering a welcome drink upon my arrival. The room amenities were exceptional, including free Wi-Fi and garden furniture, and the flat-screen TV was a great feature. The dining options were great with a restaurant on-site and the bar/lounge area had great service. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want the best of everything.
