Great staff and convenient location

Had a nice stay in the newer building with the outdoor pool. The room was clean and comfy. Staff was super friendly, especially at check-in. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy. Lots of kids at the indoor pool made it noisy, and the parking situation was kinda tight. Found a great restaurant nearby though!

Located near downtown attractions, including caves, Sam Clemens-Mark Twain sites, and a recommended pub. Rooms include frig, microwave, iron and ironing board. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bread, yogurts, and juices. The pool and hot tub are well-maintained.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the Mississippi River. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the downtown area and the river. The staff was amazing, from the gentleman who checked us in to the staff member setting up breakfast. They were all extremely nice and helpful.

Our room at Best Western had a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. The indoor and outdoor pools were both clean and enjoyable to swim in. Despite some minor drawbacks, our stay was comfortable and pleasant. I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Best Western in a great location near the historic district. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe with the plastic separation at the front desk. The updated rooms were clean and had modern amenities, including a memory foam pull-out couch. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Great location to enjoy live bands and have a view of the river from the 3rd floor. Clean town with lots of cool shops and a top-notch Mark Twain museum. Excellent food at the Mark Twain brewery and Gran Rio Mexican restaurant. Highly recommend staying here for a great time.

Felt very cared for, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to walk to many nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions. the convenience of being in the heart of downtown was a major plus. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

There were a few negatives to our stay. the rooms could have been better sound-proofed as we could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Great location for walking to riverfront and attractions, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Indoor pool and hot tub very clean, surrounded by comfortable furniture for relaxing. Room had beautiful view, and bathroom was beautifully updated with a sparkling tub and Quartz countertops.

All was perfect.

I had a great stay at Best Western in Hannibal. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the historic old town, just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy. The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered adjoining rooms, which made it convenient for my family to stay together. The breakfast provided a good variety of food options and was available for a decent timeframe. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

The pool and hot tub were a nice addition for relaxation. The room accommodations included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The classic movie channel in the room was a great feature. The breakfast provided was good.
