I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Abergavenny. The location was excellent, right in the centre of the city, making it very convenient to explore. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious room that was well-insulated and had air-conditioning/heating. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were impeccable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Furthermore, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and I was impressed with the attention to detail in accommodating my dietary needs.

The hotel's decor, including the eclectic art and subtle color scheme, created a stylish and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and genuinely pleased to be of service, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was astonishingly good, with a wide range of options including fish, vegetarian, and vegan choices. The hotel also took care of the small things, like offering a choice of pillows and providing gift-wrapped spare toilet rolls in the bathrooms. my stay was comfortable, and I would definitely recommend this gem of a hotel.

From the moment of arrival, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully appointed with a powerful shower. The food and service from the bar staff was excellent. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore the town and its indoor market.

What a gem of a place! the mix of old and new is just awesome, with top, notch service and a room that felt like a dream , super comfy bed and a stunning en, suite. the central location was spot, on, making it so easy to explore around. Loved the vibes and the food was on point too! 😊 With all the fab perks, paying a bit more didn't bother me at all , hard to find a fault here! .

The hotel offered a great dinner, bed, and breakfast offer. The room was clean and of high quality, with a superking bed for added comfort. Despite being located in the middle of town, the room was peaceful and allowed for a good night's sleep.

The lighting in the corridors and room was too dark and made the space feel cramped. The superior room had excessive furniture, making it feel crowded.

The hotel also had a beautiful terrace and garden furniture, where we could relax and enjoy the lovely weather.

I recently stayed at The Angel in Abergavenny for a birthday treat. The hotel was finished to a high standard, with impressive corridors and well-equipped rooms. The staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was lively. Our room, though small, was beautifully appointed with an old-fashioned high bed and a powerful shower. The dinner was excellent, with attentive service and close-to-Michelin-standard food. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with plenty to see nearby. Had a romantic escape with my partner and we loved it! the room had a cozy atmosphere and the big, comfortable bed was perfect for a good night's rest. We enjoyed the location as it was close to great restaurants and shops. the breakfast buffet was diverse and the coffee was delicious!

The restaurant was a bit crowded during dinner time and the service was slow. we had to wait quite a bit before being attended to at check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at Angel. The room was comfortable and had a refreshing air conditioning system. We loved the spacious walk-in shower and the overall ambiance of the bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and served in generous portions. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially during our unexpected visit due to a road accident. They provided excellent room service and made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel's atmosphere was lovely, with various areas to relax and have a drink both indoors and outdoors. The parking situation was convenient with a public car park opposite the hotel at a reasonable price.

Wonderful attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the comfortable and luxurious beds to the unexpected turn-down service in the evening. The breakfast was a real treat, although the portions could have been slightly smaller. Despite the minor inconveniences of a too-hot room and difficulty parking, I would highly recommend staying at this fabulous hotel. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.
