The location was perfect, right on the harbor and just beside the pier. It made it so convenient for us to take our cruise around Halong Bay. The service was exceptional, with room service available 24/7 and friendly staff ready to assist us with any needs. We also took advantage of the car hire service and found it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel has a wide range of facilities, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even a private beach! The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing there, despite the cold weather. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

This hotel is located on an island near Halong and there is not much else around in terms of activities or attractions. However, the hotel itself is so luxurious and offers so many amenities that we didn't feel the need to leave the property.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and there were a couple of things we liked. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, making it a comfortable and pleasant stay. the bed was super comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. we enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a variety of options and was delicious.

there weren't many restaurants around the area, so we had limited dining options. the area seemed to be under construction, with many shops still not open yet.

Our stay at Paradise Suites was truly amazing. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice pool view. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, especially Mo from the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Mo helped us plan our activities and even arranged a driver for us. The hotel's spa facility was peaceful and relaxing, and we enjoyed a wonderful massage. Despite a small issue with the air-conditioning in our room, we were not bothered as we were only there for one night. I highly recommend Paradise Suites for a memorable stay in Ha Long.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the hotel even provides bikes for guests to use to explore the surrounding area.

The outdoor pool is located 2km away from the hotel complex, which can be inconvenient for some guests.
