The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to everything you need in the area. It is just a short walk to WestCliff beach and the beautiful sandy beach. there is a small garden, although it is located next to a very noisy road. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and adequate space. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast, although with limited time slots, offers decent portions and a variety of tea and coffee options.

The bathroom sink is quite small, making it difficult to wash and shave comfortably.

I recently stayed at Applewood in Bournemouth for a few days and it was absolutely lovely. The hotel is reasonably priced and just an 8-minute downhill walk from the beach. There are also convenient corner shops and a Tesco nearby, only a 3-5 minute walk away. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with a large flat screen TV in the single bedroom. The hotel is quiet at night, even with a car park view. The room has good blinds that block out the sun and there's even a fan provided. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were kind enough to store my bag after check-out. The on-site lounge area is also a nice touch. The full English breakfast for £12.50 was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel and can't wait to come back.

Our weekend away was absolutely incredible! We had a wonderful room with a stunning bay window to sit at and relax with our coffee in the morning. Everything was decorated really nicely and the soft music playing in the background of the hallways provided a nice atmosphere without any interruptions from other rooms. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located conveniently close to the beach and town. Plus, the complementary tea and coffee was a great touch!
