A lovely Japanese-themed hotel with a pleasant aroma throughout. The sushi restaurant offers tasty dishes at reasonable prices. We thoroughly enjoyed our Afternoon Tea - the food was fresh and diverse. Dimo, the bartender, provided excellent service and showed us a wide range of Japanese Gins. Looking forward to our next visit, hopefully staying overnight. we highly recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance and delightful experiences.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed. The wood-burning fireplace just added to the cosy ambiance. The staff were attentive, always making sure that I was comfortable. And the Japanese tea was exquisite. I can't wait to go back!

In the centre of this city, the hotel is perfectly located near Hyde Park. The staff were quick to advise me on the best way to visit all of the local attractions. The restaurant is amazing, offering a stunning breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries. The rooms were very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable vibe. The hotel's location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street but still close to Oxford Street and transportation. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Elizabeth who made our breakfast experience delightful.

Recently stayed at Prince Akatoki for the London Book Fair. Wonderful boutique hotel near Oxford Street, surrounded by parks and embassies. Good room sizes, delicious breakfast, attentive staff, especially Giovanni at breakfast. Warm, helpful, and friendly service. Convenient location near Marble Arch station and Hyde Park. Comfortable Executive King room with well-lit decor and complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in minibar.

The hotel is perfectly situated near all the major attractions in the heart of the city. It is centrally located near Marble Arch, just a few minutes' walk from the tube station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with turn-down service provided. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and attentive, going out of their way to meet your needs. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant are delicious, with attentive waitstaff. the hotel offers complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar.

The front desk can sometimes be slow to answer calls and it can be challenging to make restaurant reservations.

the exclusive in-room breakfast service was delightful, with a variety of dishes on offer. the library provided a peaceful retreat, and the bar/lounge area had a warm ambiance that created a relaxing atmosphere. I was impressed by the exquisite decor throughout the hotel, reflecting elegance and sophistication.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being super clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the coffee machine and tea pot in the room. The location was perfect, being close to the Underground Marble Arch station and just a stone's throw away from Oxford Street. The staff was outstanding, always available and ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel’s zen influence creates a calm ambiance. Rooms are equipped with a teapot and Yukata as well as daily still water and tea. The hotel is located in a quiet side street but is close to everything you may need, including the tube, through walking or cab. Restaurant staff are attentive.

Some guests may find the hallway too dim and in need of more light.

My husband and I stayed at Prince Akatoki for our trip. The location was perfect, and the rooms were impeccably clean with tasteful design. The staff was always available and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had. They even surprised my husband for his birthday. The breakfast was amazing, and the option to stream our own shows was a great addition. a wonderful hotel experience.
