We had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome. The front of house staff, in particular, were a real credit with their exceptional service. They even arranged a cab for us and booked a last-minute room upgrade when we needed a bath plug. The attention to detail was outstanding, with chocolate-covered strawberries waiting for us in the room. The bar staff also deserve a special mention for their delicious cocktails. The hotel had beautiful grounds and a lovely garden where we could relax. The health suite, including the spa and indoor swimming pool, was fantastic. We also enjoyed the power shower in our clean and comfortable room. the service and amenities provided here were truly first-class.

We highly recommend this hotel to families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.
