We loved the warm hospitality of Kim and Peter, who made us feel right at home. The homemade bread and butter pudding and the cookery lesson on perfect poached eggs were delightful. The cottage itself is beautiful, with attention to detail and quality fittings. Everything we needed was provided, and the excellent wifi was a bonus. The cottage is ideally situated, with a great country pub nearby and being close to many attractions in Devon. The owners were fantastic hosts, always happy to help. The breakfasts were exceptional, with a variety of delicious options offered each morning. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious and clean, and the bathroom/wet room was fantastic.

Upon arriving at the property, we were immediately taken aback by the picturesque setting and the impeccable attention to detail in all areas. The location, just off the main A2050 road, provided easy access to the beautiful coastal areas nearby. The lush gardens surrounding the property added to the charm and tranquility of our stay. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a four-poster bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The service provided by Kim and Peter was exceptional – they went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. The breakfasts were a highlight of our stay, with an amazing variety of delicious home-cooked options. We were thoroughly impressed with the facilities and room advantages, such as the spotlessly clean bathroom, and the thoughtful touch of a sausage wrapped up for our dog every morning. our experience at this accommodation was nothing short of superb.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak and unreliable at times.

Stayed at the charming 500-year-old Barn & Pinn cottage for a few nights. Cozy and comfortable with a good guest lounge. Friendly owners and staff, great breakfasts, and daily room refreshments. Lovely location near a pub and bus stops, with ample parking. Really enjoyed the warm welcome with tea and delicious bread pudding. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast, especially the tomatoes, was excellent. Can't wait to return. Thank you, Peter and Kim!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the owners and made to feel at home. The cleanliness of the property really stood out to me, as every area was immaculate and well-maintained. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the cozy and comfortable room I stayed in. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area with a very good pub close by. It was convenient to have transportation options readily available, and I even had the option to have the owners drive me to a local restaurant. Additionally, the breakfast provided was fantastic, with a great selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, and cooked food. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest.

My Easter stay was incredible! the cozy cottage decor was superbly charming. the breakfast was delicious and had vegetarian options. the location was very convenient; there were plenty of beautiful walks and stunning views to enjoy. the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.

Though the location was wonderfully close to everything, the lack of Wi-Fi was a mild downside. It's not a major inconvenience though - after all, it's good to unplug once in a while.

Upon arrival, I was stunned by how picturesque the property was, with so much attention to detail in all areas, especially in the beautiful garden. The room was impeccably clean and had a comfortable en suite bathroom. The hosts, Kim and Peter, provided exceptional service and the breakfasts were delicious. The location was perfect, on the outskirts of Sidmouth but not far from the areas we wanted to visit, making it an ideal base for exploring.
