One downside is the limited selection of food options compared to other hotels in the area.

During our recent stay in Eilat, we had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel with superb facilities and an excellent location. We were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the beautiful swimming pool area. The hotel's buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and accommodating staff, even late at night. Ordered pizza from outside when room service was closed. Tried their best to accommodate Shabbat and vegetarian needs. Lots of food available, no need for more than two meals a day. Close to important locations.

The hotel was incredibly accommodating for Sabbath observers, offering everything needed for observance. They even set up menorahs and had a playroom for kids. The staff went above and beyond, showing exceptional customer service and providing gifts. The facilities were great, with spacious rooms and a beautiful view. The proximity to the bus station was convenient and it was great value for money.

Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious! The exclusive amenities provided were perfect. The staff was impeccable and made me feel truly pampered. The entertainment was top-notch. The garden area was stunning and the heated swimming pool was a dream. The massage I received was one of the best I've ever had. The in-room breakfast was a great way to start each day. The bar/lounge area was a wonderful place to unwind.

The only negative aspect was the outdoor swimming pool not being heated as advertised.

During my xmas stay, I loved the excellent service from the staff and the delicious food served at the hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to many attractions. I also enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms which were equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

There were a few negative things that I experienced. The hotel was quite noisy during the night, which made it hard for me to sleep.
