The view from the balcony room was absolutely amazing! We had a perfect view of the bustling city square and the beautiful cathedral. It was a truly unique and memorable experience. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. I had a great stay at Hotel Casino Morelia and would highly recommend it to others.

The value for money at this hotel is great and the room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location on the Plaza de Armas is fabulous and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved.

Our room had no window for ventilation, but the provided fan kept us cool. The central location made it easy to explore the city on foot. The restaurant’s outstanding and attentive staff made our dinner memorable. I’d recommend Casino for its value and location.

We really loved our stay here! The location in the historic centre was perfect, right across the street from the Cathedral. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that made a huge difference. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were friendly. We also enjoyed the sightseeing trolley tour that started right here. We would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was that our room was next to an air shaft and there was some noise from below in the courtyard. But overall, we had a great experience at this place and would highly recommend it to others.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and were extremely accommodating. Even though I arrived early in the morning, there was someone waiting to check me in and help with my luggage. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, right across from the main square and the magnificent Cathedral. The location is exceptional, with lots of action and everything within walking distance. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with hardwood floors that eliminated any stuffy carpet smell. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The hotel also offered vallet parking, which was included in the room price. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with a good menu featuring regional dishes. I can always count on this hotel whenever someone asks me for recommendations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The location was perfect for exploring the historic district, and the Casino added a touch of faded grandeur to the experience. The staff were always polite and helpful, and the breakfast at Restaurant Lu was worth the extra cost. Starting the day with a delicious spread of fruit, yoghurt, pastries, and coffee on the terrace was a lovely way to begin my day. The hotel had a Mexican ambiance and was kept clean throughout my stay.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed two key aspects of this hotel: its prime location and the friendly staff. the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, providing excellent customer service. Another advantage that I appreciated was the comfortable mattress and fresh bedding, which ensured a good night's sleep.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I did not enjoy. the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was problematic, especially during the summer months when the rooms became uncomfortably hot.

The location couldn't be more perfect, right opposite the central plaza. There were so many fantastic restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the bustling plaza below. The service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in this historic city.

The room had a high beamed ceiling and a view of the Cathedral towers. The continental breakfast included three bread items, a platter of mixed fruit, tea or coffee, and fresh fruit juice. The staff was welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. The hotel's 18th-century building overlooks a beautiful courtyard in the old city. The food at the restaurant was excellent.
