I recently stayed at a charming hotel just outside the city center, tucked away on a peaceful street in a residential area. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with modern decor and all the basic amenities I needed. I especially loved the cozy attic room on the top floor, tucked under the eaves and providing a unique, homely atmosphere. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and I appreciated the effort put into maintaining a high standard. Additionally, the breakfast served at 9.20am was simply delicious, with a range of options from Eggs Benedict to fluffy American Pancakes served with a generous amount of maple syrup.

All was just perfect.

This lovely hotel is located on a quiet street just slightly outside the city center, making it a peaceful retreat for families. It is not far from everything in the area, including the city center and the hospital. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast is delicious and there are additional facilities available, such as a restaurant and a bar, for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The hotel's staircases are a bit narrow and there is no lift, which might be slightly impractical for guests with heavy luggage or small children.

As bike riders, we loved the secure bike storage and the bike wash facilities. It made our stay hassle-free and convenient.

Our room was beautifully decorated, giving off a fresh and comfortable vibe. the staff were incredibly pleasant and made our check-in and check-out process effortless. the hotel had great facilities, including a fan, a modern coffee machine, and even Apple TV. Joe, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. He warmly greeted us, took care of our bags, and showed us to our room. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel's restaurant, with fresh cooked food and great prices. Joe provided impeccable service once again, even though he was busy attending to other customers. the value for money was excellent, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. the service throughout our stay, including from Matthew during breakfast, was outstanding. We appreciated the variety of food options available for breakfast, from a full English to fruits and cereals. Matthew even kindly packed a continental breakfast for my daughter so she could enjoy it later, despite having to fast for a hospital visit. the cleanliness and service at the hotel were top-notch, and we will definitely be returning.

We loved having fresh milk in the mini fridge. the breakfast options were plentiful and beautifully presented, with both cooked and continental choices. We also dined in the hotel and enjoyed the varied menu and delicious food. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at a hotel in Southampton. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the shower was fantastic. the continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including cereals, fruit, yogurt, toast, and pastries. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and there was a nice selection of beer and wine available in the evening. I also appreciated the fact that the TV had Apple TV capabilities. I had a fantastic experience at the hotel.

Location wise, it was perfect and very convenient being close to public transportation. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with coffee and tea facilities, and the bathroom had nice hotel-quality toiletries.

The room was quite stuffy, and there was no AC or fan which made it uncomfortable to sleep. the breakfast was not the best.

I had a great value for my money at Blue Keys Hotel. The room was really comfortable, with a top-notch bed and classy bedding. The location was easy to find with good parking, and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

The family-run hotel had friendly and helpful staff. Our deluxe room had a huge main bed and a comfortable double sofa bed. The breakfast had a large variety of choices and the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the city but also near Southampton common for lovely walks.

The hotel's location was slightly out of town, but it wasn't a problem for me as I could easily walk to the train station and the shopping center. The room I stayed in was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were all there.
