We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, which is ideally located right in the centre of town. We loved being so close to the theater and all the main attractions. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and lovely decorations. The staff were professional and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and we particularly enjoyed the cereals and yoghurts. our experience was wonderful and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

There was a small issue with the bathroom radiator leaking, which created a damp smell in the room.

We found a much better place to book in now, with friendly staff and a great location. The hotel is close to the shopping center and there are plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to choose from. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast was also nice, with a good selection of items to choose from. it was a pleasant stay.

The shower in our room was not designed for taller individuals, which was a bit inconvenient.

We requested balloons in the room for an extra charge of £10 and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a modern flair and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The location was ideal, and the staff, especially Leanne, were friendly and attentive. We even got upgraded at no extra cost and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

This place is located right in the town center, on the main street, making it super convenient for shopping and exploring the area.
