wow, what a stay. exceeded my expectations, better than my last trip to paignton. loved exploring the coast and the amazing breakfasts at briars. comfy rooms, great hosts, and ideal location. definitely recommend!

Wifi issues.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on the seafront was perfect, offering stunning views of the sea and the surrounding area. We loved being just a short walk away from everything in the central area of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, with a great choice of pre-chosen options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

The location of this hotel was great, conveniently located near the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and cooked to order.

My experience at this hotel during New Year's was not great. The noise level was unbearable and kept me up all night.

Mind-blowing hosts who went above and beyond for my elderly parents, super seafront location with jaw-dropping views, breakfast was amazing, rooms were incredibly comfortable with awesome extra touches, and two highly recommended eateries nearby. Wi-fi, car park, and included breakfast.

The hosts, Mandy and Malcolm, were wonderful and made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection by Mandy and served with a laugh by Malcolm. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location of the B&B was perfect for exploring. We also appreciated the convenient stagecoach bus service. We can't thank Malcolm and Mandy enough for their hospitality and we will definitely be returning next year.

We had a fantastic weekend at a lovely, clean, and welcoming guest house just moments away from the seafront. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including detailed information on regulations. The English breakfast was cooked to perfection, and the selection of fruit was delightful. The position of the guest house was great, just a short walk to the beach. we had a fantastic stay and will certainly be returning.

Early check-in was accommodated without any issues. Welcoming and helpful owners, Mandy and Malcolm. Immaculately clean room with lovely sea views. Well-stocked amenities including toiletries, make-up wipes, and first aid kit. Excellent pre-bookable breakfast options and unlimited tea/coffee.
