Great location in the heart of the city, close to major attractions and shops. The complimentary upgrade to a superior room was a nice surprise and added to our overall experience. The room was modern and well-designed, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. The hotel offered a complimentary drink in the bar to start our night off on a positive note.

The exterior of the hotel was unremarkable and not very welcoming. The price of the superior room was not justified by the amenities provided, lacking a fridge and with an inconveniently placed coffee maker.

Clean comfortable rooms in an excellent harbourside location. Convenient for attractions. Superb views from the dining area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Bristol for a weekend getaway. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing top-notch service from check-in to the restaurant. And the food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent, making for a truly memorable dining experience. I had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better. It is right next to the Pero's bridge overlooking the floating harbor and close to the city center. The hotel is right on the waterfront, which gave us amazing views and a beautiful atmosphere. We were also thrilled to find out that there were bars right across the bridge, making it convenient for us to enjoy some drinks in the evening.

Staying here was a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, so it was quite easy to walk to many awesome bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Additionally, the hotel was very clean, well-organized, and had great room service. Finally, I really appreciated the garden furniture outside my room, it allowed me to sit outside and enjoy the greenery.

I would recommend staying here, it was a truly lovely experience and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great stay for work trip! Staff was friendly, with complimentary cookies and toiletries that were much appreciated. Perfect location, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. And, the on-site gym had everything I needed.

Rooms were quite inconsistent, with some lacking air conditioning and others having small spaces. Bathroom mirrors were not in the best location, making hair and makeup difficult to do.
