Friendly staff providing exceptional service.

I faced some disturbances during my stay as I was placed in a room facing the street. The noise from traffic and ambulances made it hard to relax. Despite my request for a quieter room, I was unable to enjoy the full comfort I anticipated.

the elevator was a LONG walk from the entrance, but the staff were super pleasant and helpful! also had free laundry services, which was awesome in the rainy weather! ! super spacious suite with a comfy bed and kitchenette.

the parking situation here is absolutely ridiculous, especially for $25 a day, but factually, they charge $15 every time you take your car out. also, breakfast for two, while I booked for three, was quite the surprise. Don’t count on being treated special. I certainly expected an upgrade after all this nonsense. just couldn’t give more than a 5.

This hotel is ideally located near the airport and offers convenient access to Citi Field and Chinatown. The spacious rooms along with a kitchenette made our family stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also loved the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of fresh options!

We had a minor issue with the AC not cooling properly upon check-in.

The location was excellent, just a

short walk from the No. 7 metro and plenty of restaurants. The staff provided exceptional service, especially when helping me locate my lost wallet. The breakfast was surprisingly good too, adding value to our stay, though parking could be pricey at $25/day.

I had a frustrating experience with the shuttle service. Despite needing a ride to the train station, I was told it was too busy to accommodate me, forcing me to walk with my heavy suitcase. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing. the french toast was practically uncuttable, and the other offerings were not heated properly. Overall, I felt that the lack of attention to customer needs really impacted my stay.

Utilize the complimentary shuttle service for airport transfers and local events. it's both convenient and a time-saver during busy schedules.

Accommodations were friendly and efficient, with a spacious two-bedroom suite that easily fit our family. Breakfast exceeded expectations with its variety, especially the homemade jams that added a special touch. On the downside, the shuttle service only operates to LaGuardia, which created a minor inconvenience for our arrival at JFK, and the parking fees were quite steep at $25 per day. Despite these small issues, the overall value and comfort made for an enjoyable experience.
