I had an absolutely stunning stay at a beautiful destination. The views from my suite were breathtaking, especially of the lagoon. The underfloor heating kept me warm and cozy on chilly nights. The staff were friendly, and my kids were thrilled to meet the resident cat. The rooms were excellent, and I enjoyed playing golf on the impressive course. The chef went above and beyond to provide amazing sauces for our salad. The service was top-notch, with quick response times when our heater didn't work. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a perfect stay.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner, particularly the showers and bedroom curtains. Additionally, my lamb chops were undercooked, and the kitchen failed to replace them as promised.

The rooms are luxurious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is delectable, accompanied by panoramic views of Knysna. Additionally, the staff is welcoming and the service is exemplary, as shown by their prompt resolution of noise complaints from other guests.

The staff were superb and welcoming. Vincent in the golf area provided top service. Nice facilities, especially the golf and swimming pool. Spectacular view down to Knysna. Great value for the price.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a wonderful time. the views were absolutely breathtaking and we were able to enjoy them from the comfort of our room. the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complementary breakfast and a nice bottle of wine. the location was ideal and allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions. we had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

One minor downside was the location, which is a bit far from the city center. the hotel offers a shuttle service that makes it easy to get around.
