We found a lovely historic pub not far from the town centre with the same historical feel as the renowned George Hotel but at a much cheaper price. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quirky, with a charming bathtub cleverly placed next to the huge bed. The service was nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The beautiful gardens provided a great outdoor space to relax in. a great location near the centre of this pretty town.

The curtains in some rooms were hanging off the hooks, which could be improved.

Had an okay Thanksgiving stay recently. It was nice to have a free bottle of water and a little drink beside the bed. the room was big and comfortable. the location was great, being close to the town center and parking was easy.

The decor was a bit lackluster and the seating in the dining area was haphazard. the staff were hit and miss with their customer service.
