The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the balcony with its great view. The hotel's location was key, as it was close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops.

The checkout process was a bit of a hassle, with our bill being incorrectly charged and the staff not being very helpful in resolving the issue. the bar and restaurant closed early, which was a bit inconvenient.

this time in hendaye, ibaia surpassed expectations. friendly staff, clean room, and great jazz music. close to the beach, lots of nearby dining options, and a peaceful atmosphere. a lovely, dark room made for a quiet night's sleep.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. the suite room was spacious and perfect for our family, with a separate bedroom for our child and en-suite bathrooms in both rooms. the balcony offered a lovely view of the pool, marina, and Spain.

The underground car park was quite tight to maneuver in and took some practice to park properly. We found hair on the sheets and in the bathroom, which was not pleasant.

The location of the hotel was very convenient - close to shops and restaurants. the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and offered a great view of the water. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of items to choose from.

The hotel facilities could use some improvement. the outdoor space around the pool area could have been cleaner and more well-maintained.
