canterbury exceeded my expectations! staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the pool was lovely. felt right at home.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the small swimming pool and sauna, were great. The location in the lovely garden was a pleasant surprise, and it was just a short walk to the town centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel was conveniently located and had a lovely garden space with a heated pool. the breakfast area was also impressive. the staff was amazing, offering helpful tips and local recommendations. the room and washroom were better than expected, providing a comfortable and clean stay.

The hotel's only negative point was its proximity to a busy street, causing some noise disturbance. parking was limited, which could be an issue if arriving late.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! We were in Canterbury for a leisurely weekend getaway and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The 15-minute walk to the city center was convenient, and we also appreciated having a car park available. The pool was refreshing, although we wished it was a bit warmer. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly. We enjoyed sitting in the outdoor area and there was even a children's playground across the road.

The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk away from the city center and the famous cathedral. We were able to explore Canterbury easily thanks to its central position. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room had a big, comfy bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast offered high-quality products, ensuring a great start to our day.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the shower. It was a bit difficult to regulate the temperature and the water pressure was low.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel - the location was perfect, just outside the city walls and within walking distance of the main town area. The room was comfortable and clean, with beautiful period features and a nice view. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The swimming pool and sauna were a great addition to our stay.

Stayed over Christmas, Christmas decorations were lovely and cozy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Close to high street shopping and a short walk from the train station. Enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna, which was a highlight after chilly walks outside.

Room was a bit cramped and could use a bit of updating. the heating was a bit inconsistent and there was a draft in the room.
