Great location near the Albert Hall and museums, with good bus transit links. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Excellent customer service and delicious food in the pub below. Free parking available on side streets. Quiet area and convenience store nearby. Multi-USB charging port provided.

Traveling with my family, we had a wonderful stay at The Captain Cook. The freshly decorated room and massive bed were incredibly comfortable, and the deep carpet added a nice touch. The separate hotel and pub provided a peaceful and safe environment. The staff, including the friendly manager Susie, were always helpful and kind. We enjoyed the fantastic Spanish tapas and other delicious dishes at the pub, along with the great selection of drinks. The live music on Saturday night created a lovely vibe. The facilities and wifi were excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Our stay at The Captain Cook was absolutely fantastic! The Deluxe King Room exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was much larger than we anticipated and the bed was incredibly comfortable, even for someone of my size. The cozy armchairs and coffee table in the room were a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying our morning tea. The bathroom, although narrow, was still very comfortable. The staff, from check-in to check-out, were incredibly helpful, and the cleaning lady was polite and efficient. We highly recommend visiting the pub, where we enjoyed delicious English and Spanish dishes. The location was also great, with easy access to Central London via the nearby Fulham Broadway underground station. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Had a cozy Christmas stay here, with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice touches like a bottle of water and USB charging ports. The pub downstairs served delicious food, with options for both vegans and meat eaters. The location was great, with plenty of nearby places to eat and drink, and it was conveniently close to public transportation.

The shared bathroom facilities were not well-maintained. I encountered a used sanitary pad left on the radiator, which was quite off-putting.

Spent a weekend in this hotel as a tourist and was pleased with my stay. Loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms with a comfortable and large bed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, even put up a travel cot for my child. Great location close to local supermarkets and fantastic fish n' chips place, perfect to grab a bite to eat.

The hotel was not ideal for sightseeing as it was quite a walk to the nearest tube station and bus stops were diverted. , the lack of air conditioning in the hot weather made it quite uncomfortable.
