As youngsters, we loved that Hotel De La Ville was centrally located in beautiful Florence. We could easily explore the city by foot and everything was within walking distance. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, and the servers were friendly and professional.

Our stay at Hotel De La Ville was absolutely delightful. We spent two nights there while exploring the beautiful city. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a lovely area and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff at the reception and breakfast area were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the small garden and channel. The breakfast area was a highlight, with a beautiful setting and even champagne served in the morning. Additionally, we discovered a fantastic pizza and buratta place just in front of the hotel, perfect for a late dinner.

Great staff, very helpful and positive. The location was excellent, close to all the landmarks of the city. We also appreciated the airport pick-up service offered by the hotel, even though it was a bit pricey, the car and driver were perfect.

The rooms were extremely dated and in need of a revamp. The key system with stamped fobs was inconvenient and we had to hand them back when leaving the premises.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel in Florence. The hotel's ideal city centre location made it convenient for exploring the sights. My spacious Superior Room had luxurious decor and all the amenities you would expect from a 4* hotel. The check-in/out process was fast and efficient, and the hotel staff were friendly and courteous. The continental buffet breakfast in the dedicated breakfast room was excellent, with a good selection of cold dishes and fresh fruit. The hotel also had a beautiful residents lounge with a well-stocked bar, and during happy hour, they even served complementary snacks. I had a positive experience and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Loved the quality of the room and service throughout. Ideal for a two-day stay. Great breakfast, great cocktails. Couldn't fault it.
