I got great value for my money at The Carpenters Arms. The room was lovely, albeit a bit small, but perfect for a one-night stay. The decor was cool and the facilities, like the coffee machine, were top-notch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location in a quaint village was a hidden gem, and the surrounding area was beautiful to explore.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety and options. While the continental breakfast was nice, it lacked certain items like butter, cheese, and diabetic-friendly choices.

We recently stayed at a lovely facility nestled in a quaint village just off the A14. The staff at Carpenters Arms were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were pleased to find real milk for our tea and coffee. The bathroom was cleverly designed with a great shower. The restaurant was a treat, albeit a bit pricey, but the food was delicious and the staff attentive. we had a superb experience and would highly recommend this place.
