Great central location to Citta Alta. Comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Organised transfers and suggested activities in the Bergamo region. Great breakfast. Staff even organised an early breakfast in our room for the day that we had to leave early.

I had booked for only one night here recently. More's the pity as I would have loved to stay longer and revel in the tranquility and excellent service I enjoyed. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town. The receptionist was really helpful and the rooms were beautifully decorated with a modern bathroom. The parking place nearby was convenient and reasonably priced. We also had the pleasure of dining at the good restaurant opposite the hotel.

I was also impressed with the well-equipped room, complete with modern amenities like air conditioning and a safe. The breakfast served on the beautiful balcony was superb, with a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and delicious coffee.

I can't recommend this hotel enough to my friends. The only downside was driving through the narrow streets filled with tourists, but that's to be expected in this popular tourist spot.
