Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. the room was clean and cozy, with comfortable bed and extra blanket. the shower was nice with good water pressure. the staff were all lovely and helpful. the location by the river was beautiful and there was a nice car park for guests. the evening meal downstairs was delicious. Breakfast options were good with friendly staff.

One minor issue was a slight draught around a window and a problem with the radiator. the door into the restaurant from the car park was directly below our room and made a banging noise every time it was used.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel nestled by a rushing stream. The location by the river and the beautiful garden created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The characterful pub, with its old, beamed building, added a unique touch to the overall experience. The staff provided incredibly fantastic customer service, ensuring that every need was met. The room amenities, such as the tea and coffee facilities, were a welcome addition. The cleanliness and comfort of the room, with its carpeted floor, made me feel right at home. The dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area offered a great selection of food and drink options. Additionally, the free toiletries provided added a touch of luxury to my stay. The free parking made it convenient for me to explore the area.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with rushing stream next to the river. The room was nicely decorated and had a good bed. The bathroom was clean and had nice toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast was good as well, with a self-serve egg-boiler and toaster. the hotel had wonderful facilities and advantages, including a delightful building and a lovely location.

The restaurant at the hotel was poorly managed with bad food.
