The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, with a wide selection of delicious options. it was a fantastic stay with great service and a convenient location.

The hotel was conveniently located for exploring Lichfield and visiting the National Memorial Arboretum. It was very close to Beacon Park, where we enjoyed a leisurely stroll. The tea pot in the hotel was kept very clean and tidy, perfect for enjoying a cuppa after a long day of sightseeing. The ample car parking made it easy for us to park our car, even though there was a wedding reception happening during our stay.

The bathroom was a bit cramped, which made it slightly inconvenient for us to move around.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, offering to assist with luggage despite the lack of a lift. the hotel is conveniently located near a large park that connects to the town center, making it easy to explore. Plus, there was a great Mediterranean restaurant nearby that we enjoyed along with a 25% discount off dinner at a sister hotel.

The bar service could have been better and there were some areas of the hotel that were still awaiting updates. However, the overall experience was still comfortable, clean, and welcoming, with an excellent breakfast served by a friendly and efficient employee.
