We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with the palaces just a short walk away. The subway station was also nearby, making it easy to explore Seoul. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, cozy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of foods, ensuring a satisfying start to our day. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city and mountains. a wonderful experience!

The bathroom could have been better. There was no shower curtain, causing the floor to get wet and slippery.

We enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us to unwind and relax. The spacious rooms were well maintained and provided enhanced comfort. During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the delicious breakfast options and availability of WiFi. the hotel's location was also very convenient, situated near key transportation hubs and popular restaurants. the rooftop garden was a nice touch and provided a scenic view.

The towels provided had an unpleasant smell and the housekeeping staff forgot to refill our coffee. the hotel lacks certain amenities that would have made our stay more comfortable.
