I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in central London. The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful neighborhood and within a short walk to two Underground stops, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself was stunning, with a main restaurant that had a lovely orchid display and a bar/lounge area that was ideal for relaxing with a drink. The staff truly provided exceptional customer service and made me feel welcome with their personalized approach. They were always on hand to help with anything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

We were greeted by a friendly porter and welcomed by reception staff with British humor. The bar had a pianist and a cozy Old English atmosphere. The staff was super accommodating, making our dinner and breakfast experiences enjoyable. The entire staff made us feel at home with their familiar behavior.

The decor is stunning, the food is incredible, and the staff is so friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond for our two-year-old son, even getting Tony from maintenance to change the batteries in his toy. The location is perfect, just minutes from Green Park Tube Station. The staff's attention to detail, especially in the dining room and concierge service, was exceptional. This hotel is truly exceptional and the staff are wonderful, considerate, and caring.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect - nestled in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, but still within easy walking distance to tube stations and lots of major attractions and shopping. Plus, being just a short walk from Green Park station was ideal during the Christmas festivities. The atmosphere here was fabulous, with live music playing in the evenings. The staff were super attentive from the moment I walked in and they were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The restaurant had a huge offering of food, especially during breakfast, and the staff even sent a birthday card and cake to my partner's room, which was such a caring touch.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.
