The room I was assigned backed onto a public road and was far from the main house, which made it a bit noisy at times. the room had the smallest windows covered by curtains, so there was no air flow whatsoever, making it feel a bit stuffy.

My husband had a meeting nearby, leaving me to enjoy Macdonald for 3 days. the staff were friendly, the room spacious, and the breakfast unexpectedly delightful. the peaceful grounds, complete with mature oak trees and a variety of birds, were a lovely surprise. the value for money at just over £100 a night was exceptional.

Can just recommend this hotel.

During my recent business trip, my director selected the Macdonald Elmers Court Hotel in Lymington, and I'm glad they did. the Elemis Spa at the hotel was a delightful retreat, offering tailored ELEMIS treatments to rejuvenate after a busy day exploring the nearby New Forest. the Vital Health & Wellbeing facility boasted a spacious gym equipped with top-of-the-line Life Fitness gear, making it effortless to keep up with my workout routine. the picturesque landscaped gardens surrounding the hotel added a serene touch to the experience, providing a tranquil setting for relaxation.

We had a fantastic stay here. the location is amazing, surrounded by beautiful grounds and with a tennis court for sport enthusiasts. the staff were really lovely, despite the hotel being a little 'Tired'. the room amenities were excellent, including a terrace with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing.

We recommend this place for everyone, even though some staff seemed under pressure and not as welcoming as we had hoped.

Just stayed at a lovely country house with stunning grounds. ENJOYED the spa facilities, especially the full body massage! Staff were great. Would return. Rooms were better in person.
