I had a wonderful stay at Cow Dalbury. the decor and furnishings were of high quality, and the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was beautifully presented. Despite a problem with a strong smell in the room, the management was responsive and discounted our evening meal and drinks. the location, nestled in the countryside, was perfect for a secluded getaway. the establishment was excellent and provided a warm and luxurious experience.

Our stay at The Cow in Dalbury Lees was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were delighted to find a fridge in the room, which was very convenient. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious and the scrambled eggs with salmon were a real treat. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the peaceful and picturesque surroundings of the village and surrounding fields. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel.

Although the on-site restaurant was closed, the hotel provided transport to a nearby restaurant, which was only 2 miles away. it was a memorable stay with great facilities and service.

The noise from the bar/restaurant in the morning and evening could be heard in the rooms, which might be disappointing for those seeking complete countryside silence.

We also loved the fact that we could have an early check-in free of charge if we booked in advance. the hotel offered Molton Brown toiletries, which were a delightful addition to our bathroom amenities. the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had. the service was also top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff always ready to assist.

One drawback was the noise level in our room on the ground floor. the wooden floors throughout the hotel meant that we could hear every sound from the rooms above, which was quite disruptive to our sleep.

The location was a bit tricky to find, but once we arrived at the quaint village, it was worth it. the British pub with boutique accommodation had a charming atmosphere. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the meals, both dinner and breakfast, were delicious and offered a unique twist on traditional dishes. We particularly enjoyed the local gin recommended by the staff - it was the perfect drink on a warm evening. the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed added to our overall positive experience.

One small downside was the coffee machines in the rooms. We would have preferred regular coffee instead.
