I recently stayed at The Cross Inn for a short getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room I stayed in, Room 2, was spacious and comfortable with a stunning view. The hotel also has a free car park nearby, which was a great bonus. I was impressed by the selection of beers and the interesting menu at the pub. The breakfast was delicious and the host, Ben, was very accommodating. a fantastic pub with rooms and a place I would highly recommend.

In a really nice pub in a nice area of a lovely village, The Cross Inn offered a warm welcome and comfortable stay. The rooms were equipped with quality bed linen and towels, along with toiletries. The bathroom, although spacious, had a few issues like a slippery bath and limited shower coverage. The inn's bar lounges were cosy and had an open fire, perfect for relaxing. The inn's location in the centre of Heptonstall provided easy access to the beer garden and the picturesque surroundings.

The breakfast didn't meet expectations, being continental style instead of the expected cooked breakfast.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile for their guests. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and situated in a beautiful area. the room itself was basic but cozy and clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our visit. we were not aware that the bathroom would be shared when we booked, so make sure to read the description carefully.

We had a lovely stay at the Cross Inn in a traditional village B&B setting on the main street. the staff were wonderful and very friendly, from checking us in to serving us breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for them. the bedroom was nice, clean, and had a fantastic view from the window. We were impressed by the medieval aura of the ground floor, which added to the historic qualities of the pub. the modern rooms were a great contrast. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of being given a key that opened the front door in case we returned late. it was a warm welcome and a no-fuss stay.

I stayed at The Cross Inn for one night during my walking holiday. The owners were incredibly accommodating and even made me a delicious meal when they weren't serving food. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a great selection of well-kept beers to choose from. The staff were lovely and the location was perfect in the central part of the village. The meals were tasty and good value, and the locals were friendly and chatty. I can't wait to go back to this excellent all-rounder of a pub.

The hotel also had a lovely pub downstairs, complete with open fires and a friendly pub dog. The staff were super friendly and provided a warm welcome. We especially appreciated the free parking, which was conveniently located nearby. The location of the hotel in this beautiful village, just outside of Hebden Bridge, was absolutely stunning.
