The Crown Hotel in Peebles was an absolute gem. The best aspects of our stay were the central location, right in the middle of town, and the spaciousness of our room. We were delighted to be upgraded to an upper floor apartment, which had a small kitchen and lounge area. The hotel staff were brilliant, so welcoming and the food was great too. The town itself was superb, with everything within walking distance. a fantastic stay in this city.

The staff were brilliant and very welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the hotel was great, with a broad menu to choose from. We found the price to be very reasonable and felt that we received good value for our money.

The breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have a wider choice of cereals and other breakfast options.

I recently stayed at The Crown Hotel for a weekend getaway. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of town but surprisingly quiet. The twin room was spacious and had a lovely en suite. I was impressed with the modern decor which still maintained its character. The restaurant served delicious food, and I have to say, the steak with Whisky sauce was outstanding. The staff were friendly and chatty, making me feel welcome. a fantastic experience and I'll definitely be back.

I had an incredible stay at a hotel in a charming Scottish town. The rooms were recently refurbished and looked amazing. The restaurant served standard pub grub, but the staff were attentive and friendly. The highlight was the extensive gluten-free menu which catered to my dietary needs perfectly. The hotel also offered beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, despite being located on a main road. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a cozy atmosphere, with friendly staff. the rooms were decorated in a comfortable and modern style and had ironing facilities, tea, and coffee making facilities. the breakfast was fantastic; they had a delicious Full Scottish breakfast, and the service was excellent. the hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.

The bathroom was a bit small and poorly designed. There was no space to place the toiletries or a place to put clothes while showering.

From the well-equipped bathroom with a superb shower to the comfortable rooms with all the expected accessories, everything was thoughtfully arranged. I especially loved the two large windows looking out onto the main street of this charming town. Lastly, the location couldn't have been better. Being in the center of town made it convenient for exploring and enjoying the local attractions.
