We had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. the location was amazing, and our room, the Artists room, left us in awe with its bygone era warmth and attention to detail. the lounge areas were equally charming. the breakfast had a wide selection and everything was freshly made. the staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to fulfill special requests. the dinner, spa, and treatments were all excellent. Every member of the staff was friendly and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. We've already recommended this hotel to our family and friends.

We were also able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated.

The only thing we would recommend is for families to book in advance, as the pool and gym can get busy. Other than that, we have no complaints about this wonderful hotel.
