The room was comfortable with a spacious and stylish bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection of food and the coffee was excellent. The bar had good prices and tasty cocktails. a great place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions, even letting me know in advance about a temporary closure of the restaurant so I could make other arrangements. The location of this place was perfect, right in the center of town and just around the corner from the castle. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was massive and had plenty of free toiletries. On top of that, the hotel had a lovely terrace with garden furniture where I could relax and enjoy the sunshine.

One major downside was the noise from the bar downstairs, which kept us up until midnight. Another issue was that the room was quite hot, even with the heating turned off.

We had a perfect stay in this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of town and just a short walk to Alnwick castle and gardens.
