The new management seemed dedicated and hardworking, making sure their customers were well taken care of. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in, and it's clear that the staff prioritize customer satisfaction. Considering the affordable price, we would definitely consider returning to this cozy inn. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this establishment to others.

The inn is in a beautiful area, with many secluded beaches accessible only by walking. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and located adjacent to the pub. The service is excellent and the breakfast is delicious. There is also a nice large beer garden for guests to enjoy.

The lanes in the area are very narrow, which may be difficult for larger cars or none confident drivers.

I recently stayed at a charming inn in a wonderful location for exploring. The menus were varied and the food was delicious, served by friendly staff. The beer garden was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. I wish I lived closer to this hidden gem.

The breakfast was served in the corridor outside the room, as there was no dining room. The lack of proper coffee options and no table or chairs made it a bit uncomfortable.

We had the most enjoyable Easter break! the food was spot on and the service from the staff was excellent. the cozy and quaint atmosphere made us feel at home. We loved the surrounding area, especially the nearby beaches, which were breathtaking. the scenic views made us feel like we were in a different world.

Our room and the bathroom were a little small for our taste. the TV in our room was not working properly, but we didn't really mind as we were out exploring most of the time.

I had a perfect stay at this place. The staff were very friendly and the location was incredibly quiet, making for peaceful nights. The hotel has a lot of character, with quirky rooms that added to the overall charm. The continental breakfast had plenty of options and the beautiful location, not far from the SW coastal path, was a bonus. The manager, Zoe, was extremely accommodating and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Although the rooms could use a little TLC, this place is still a great bargain considering the low price they charge. The hotel is in a beautiful location, with easy access to the Bigbury-on-Sea area and Mothecombe cove.

The room was clean and pleasant, and the bathroom was nice. The quiet and pretty location near the Erme Estuary added to the overall charm of the stay.
