The water pressure in the hotel is the best I've experienced anywhere! Facilities are great, with a lovely shower and the added bonus of fresh biscuits and bottled water. The staff, especially the night manager, went above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. The receptionist, Ann, who also happens to be the GM, was absolutely superb - warm, friendly. The hotel itself is perfect, with clean rooms, beautiful decor, and a very nice staff. As adventure travelers, we had no complaints and would highly recommend staying here to our friends!

The room was not clean enough, we found hair on the blankets and the bathroom had a strange smell. the breakfast was also disappointing, not much variety and the quality was poor.
