The location of this hotel is amazing - right in the heart of the city, close to many attractions. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, overlooking the canal, and sipping my coffee while watching the morning bicycle traffic. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast served in the dining room was simple but excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, with large windows that allowed for a nice breeze.

I stayed at Wiechmann for a weekend getaway. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to all the sights and local amenities. The breakfast included in the room rate was delicious with a good selection of continental options. I loved the dining room with its street view and the comfortable sitting room where I could enjoy complimentary hot drinks. The large walk-in shower was a nice touch, and the airport transfer I booked through the hotel saved me €10. a great experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The canal view from my room was absolutely beautiful, giving me a glimpse of old Amsterdam. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and a comfy bed. I loved that I could easily adjust the room temperature and ventilate it as needed. The buffet-style breakfast offered a good variety of options and suited different tastes. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated on the outer edge of the canal ring, which made it equidistant to most places of interest. It also provided a quieter atmosphere, yet still felt like I was in the heart of the city.

As women traveling alone, we felt right at home at the Wiechmann Hotel. The friendly staff allowed us to store our luggage early and even provided a restroom for our convenience. When it started raining, we were pleasantly surprised to find a cozy living room available for guests. The breakfast was served in a charming dining room where we could observe the hustle and bustle of Amsterdamers on their way to work. The highlight of our stay was definitely the canal view from our room, which we had requested beforehand. The atmosphere and easygoing vibe of Amsterdam were perfectly captured within the walls of this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff who were incredibly accommodating, even though we arrived early after a long 10-hour flight. the hotel is a converted old canal house and the rooms are beautifully decorated, ensuring a comfortable and cozy stay. We had one of the best nights of sleep in a while, thanks to the peaceful atmosphere. the location of the hotel is perfect, close to all the main attractions and transportation hubs. We also enjoyed the self-service coffee, tea, and hot chocolate area near the reception. And let's not forget about the quaintness of the steep stairs, adding to the hotel's charm.

I gotta say, I was impressed with what I got for the price at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly big and really comfortable. Plus, the location was absolutely perfect - quiet and beautiful, yet within walking distance to everything. And the staff? So friendly and welcoming, they made me feel right at home.

Hotel breakfast could use a little improvement - as a British person, I would've loved the option to have bacon, sausage, and eggs. It was still nice, but a bit more variety would have been great.
