The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area were fantastic.

I recently stayed at The Edgcumbe Hotel in Bude for work and leisure purposes. It was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was superb. The double shower and massive bath with double sinks were perfect for a couple, not to mention the stunning sea view from both the bedroom and bathroom. The Deck restaurant served amazing food with a wide variety of options. The overall attention to detail and the warm, family atmosphere made me feel right at home. Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

Staying at the Edgcumbe Hotel was a delight! We were lucky to get a sea-view room with spectacular views of Bude, its main canal, river, and beaches. The location was perfect for tackling the SW Coast Path, and parking right outside the front door was convenient. The food exceeded our expectations, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, views, and excellent service.

During our romantic escape, we had a pleasant stay at a seaside hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were amazing and genuinely kind, making us feel at ease and well-taken care of. The view from our room was breathtaking and it was nice to wake up to that lovely scenery. the hotel was conveniently located near the beach and parking was effortless.

There were some downsides to the hotel. Unfortunately, the noise level in the morning was a bit loud and disruptive, which could be problematic for late risers.

The luxurious bathroom with a whirlpool bath and walk-in shower was a lovely treat.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor issues. The bedroom was smaller than expected, with the bathroom being slightly bigger.

Great location next to Summerleaze beach, clean and comfortable rooms with beautiful views, friendly and welcoming staff, delicious food at both breakfast and dinner, plenty of choices for breakfast including homemade jams.

Had a great New Year's stay at this B&B. Loved the warm welcome on arrival and the free room upgrade. The room had a fantastic view of the sea and beach. They also had a great ECO stance, which was impressive. Comfy bed and everything I needed. The adjoining restaurant served a wonderful meal, and the breakfast was the best I've had. a very relaxing break.

The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the fish and chips with sliced chilies on the chips. The breakfast was generous and delicious. We had a wonderful stay at The Edgcumbe Hotel for my partner's birthday weekend. The location was great, right next to the beautiful Summerleaze beach. The room was clean with a fabulous view. The staff, especially Emma, provided excellent and compassionate customer service. The food at The Deck was delicious, with a great atmosphere. our experience exceeded our expectations with attention to detail and extra special touches.
