The room was spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. The bed was comfortable with crisp white bed linen and plump soft pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing top-notch service and hospitality. The food in the restaurant was fabulous and the prices were great value. The property itself had a well-done interior design, surpassing expectations. Lastly, the traffic noise was not as bad as feared, and the bar noise did not reach the bedroom.

It would have been great to have a few USB ports in the rooms for easier charging. The lack of communication and assistance during check-in and check-out was also subpar, with no one being around upon arrival and departure, and no instructions given regarding key drop-off.

Amazing stay! Perfect location for wedding at a castle. Beautiful property, immaculate rooms, and everything you need. Delicious breakfast. Free parking and friendly, accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

egerton arms exceeded my expectations during my solo stay in chester. the room was spotlessly clean with crisp white linens and plump pillows for a great night's sleep. the hospitality of the staff, especially kirsten, was top-notch. the restaurant served fabulous and value-for-money meals, and the overall decor of the property was well-done.

Bathroom window wouldn't close tightly.
