The staff at this hotel were really nice and always helpful. The location was perfect, with shopping stores and restaurants all around. It was also convenient to have a Starbucks right beside the hotel for a quick coffee or bite to eat. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel provided a free upgrade to a suite with a balcony, which had a lovely view. The staff even left us a gift of champagne for my friend's birthday. We also appreciated the option to check out late for a small fee.

One thing that was a bit disappointing was the charge for incidental fees each night, which resulted in a temporary hold on my card. It would have been better if there was a flat rate, especially for longer stays.
