We had an excellent stay at Fenwick. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a nice and warm atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast had a nice selection and the food at the hotel was amazing. we enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

One drawback was the poor wifi reception in our room, which made it inconvenient for work. However, we were able to work in the bar or lobby where the wifi signal was stronger.

The hotel is conveniently located near a motorway, with double glazing ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The room is warm and cosy, with a superking size bed and a hot shower with provided toiletries. The staff provide excellent service, with friendly and professional assistance from Serena and Grant. The breakfast is substantial and piping hot, setting you up for the day.

The dinner service could be improved, as hungry late arrivals were not offered any sandwiches or alternatives, despite people still eating in the restaurant.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near Kilmarnock. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the A77 and easily accessible. Despite being close to a major road, I didn't notice any noise at night thanks to the good glazing.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable with a lovely heated towel rail in the bathroom. The location was perfect, just off the motorway, making it convenient for our travels. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with the addition of tongs to avoid guests touching the food directly.
