The value for money at Ferndale Hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the central pier. The staff, especially Paul, were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast selection could be improved.

Lovely family room, comfy beds, hot shower. New TV, great for unwinding. Fabulous staff, early check-in, helpful with transportation. Great location, clean room. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, daily cleaning. Excellent bar, pool table, and entertainment. Lovely host, friendly atmosphere. Comfortable and well-equipped room. Perfect location, close to attractions. Fantastic breakfast, prompt service. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beds were comfortable and showers were hot, providing a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome and helpful service.- Convenient location for exploring the area, with easy access to the town center and the promenade.

Some rooms had smaller beds and small televisions, making it difficult to watch while lying in bed. The organization of breakfast could be improved to ensure that additional toast is provided while guests are still eating.

The staff were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time at Ferndale Hotel, thanks to the warm welcome and helpfulness of the staff. The bar lounge, complete with a pool table, added to the cozy atmosphere. a lovely experience that we would highly recommend.
