We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location is ideal and convenient, situated on a main bus route with a stop right outside the front door. This hotel is located in a lively area, yet it is not noisy at all. The service was impeccable, with staff being friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The terrace was a nice touch, offering a lovely garden view. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful, making our stay even better.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom had lovely amenities and thick towels. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide range of options including smoked salmon, fresh yogurt with berries, and delicious croissants. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel had free wifi, TV, and tea/coffee facilities in the room. The location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside the hotel for easy access to the city center or a pleasant walk of under 30 minutes. There were also plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, and a nearby M&S food store.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is right on a bus line that goes directly to the city center. This makes it easy to explore Oxford without worrying about parking. Additionally, there are good local shops within walking distance of the hotel, making it convenient for any necessary purchases during your stay.

There were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the rooms. In some instances, there were noticeable stains on the walls and curtains.

Had a great Christmas stay with friends at this lovely hotel! the breakfast was top-notch and had many self-service options including complementary water in the room. the location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and great restaurants nearby. the outdoor area was a bonus, a quiet and peaceful spot to sit and relax.

The room was a bit small and lacked some necessary furniture like a shelf in the shower for toiletries. the water pressure in the room was not great.
