Excellent breakfast, helpful staff, picturesque location near an old castle fort with a moat. Cosy and traditional with a contemporary style. Will definitely return. Loved the peaceful room overlooking the garden. Food was excellent both at dinner and breakfast, with a good choice and fresh fruit salad. We will be back.

The breakfast served was huge and delicious, with a good selection of options. The room itself was full of character, comfortable, and had a great bathroom with a terrific shower. It was well stocked with toiletries and tea/coffee/biscuits, ensuring a comfortable stay.
