We had a fantastic stay on our mini break in the area. The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and a warm, efficient welcome. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great selection of food for dinner and breakfast, including both Scottish and continental options. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us and create a pleasant atmosphere. The location was ideal for exploring the Cairngorms and the central Highlands, with nearby hiking trails and an authentic Highland Museum in the village.

The Glen Hotel in Newtonmore was an excellent stopover for our cycling trip from Edinburgh to Inverness. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day of cycling. We were delighted with the quality of both dinner and breakfast, which were both delicious and satisfying. The staff, especially the owner, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to assist us, even ensuring that some of the guys could catch the football match. We were thoroughly impressed with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or simply drop by for a pint and a bite to eat.
