The hotel had a charming and elegant atmosphere, exactly what we were looking for. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with great cafes and Fika Cafe just around the corner. The staff were polite and even remembered my birthday, adding a special touch to our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its understated elegance and convenient location.

We spent our New Year's Eve at this hotel and we had a nice time. the breakfast buffet was impressive with a vast variety of fresh and delicious food. the location was great as it is in the heart of the city which makes it easy to get everywhere. the room was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed and nice amenities.

We had some difficulties communicating with the staff as they did not speak English very well. the gym was not as equipped as we hoped for, and we expected more facilities to be available.
