We decided to stay at this inn on our way to Wadebridge Cornwall and it was a great choice. The location was beautiful, with a small stream nearby and a cozy atmosphere with a log burner and glowing candles. The room was clean, comfortable, and had lovely armchairs. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and served at a table. a perfect spot for a night while traveling around the area.

The lack of a lift to the bedrooms may pose difficulties for disabled visitors.

We especially loved the sublime mussels and skinny chips for dinner, and the Yorkshire puddings for Sunday lunch. We left feeling relaxed and already looking forward to our next visit. Exceptionally kind and generous hosts went above and beyond expectations during a medical emergency. Warm welcome, traditional bar and restaurant with good selection of beers. Spacious and comfortable room with sympathetic decor. Location exceeded expectations, perfect for a tranquil walk.

I was really impressed with the value for money at Greyhound Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The location was perfect for us, with beautiful countryside and plenty of walking trails nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.

The morning meal could be improved with a greater selection of standard tea bags. The trainings flavoured teas were interesting, but not everyone's cup of tea.

We had a great weekend getaway at this country inn. The location was perfect, right next to the pub and reasonably close to the motorway. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a super shower in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast served was excellent, with great quality and presentation. The inn itself was a beautiful old building, adding to the charm.

The mobile signal in the pub was poor, but it didn't really affect our stay.

The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace with its cozy garden furniture. The hotel provided free toiletries, and the flat-screen TV was a great addition, perfect for some downtime after a long day. The dining experience was exceptional, with a restaurant offering special diet menus and a bar/lounge area for unwinding. The staff were attentive and provided fantastic service, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

I recently stayed at The Greyhound for a quick stopover en route to Devon. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the M5. The room was stylish, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The best part was the amazing shower - one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was superb. I strongly recommend The Greyhound for a lovely and convenient stay.

Loved the cozy atmosphere and warm welcome at this charming inn. the decor was very inviting, with comfortable leather sofas to relax on. the food was simply amazing, especially the homemade roast beef with the rich gravy and delicious veggies. the sticky toffee pudding with custard was absolutely delightful.

The WiFi signal was quite weak and there was not much beer selection. One small downside was that the sausages at breakfast were not great.

The bar had a great atmosphere and the meals were delicious. The breakfast was exceptional, with catering for our coeliac daughter. The family-run environment made us feel very welcome, and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect for our onward journey.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.
